A Hokie House!

A few weeks ago we were invited to see the lovely home of Jean and Richard Quible and it confirms their Mega-Fan status indubitably.

Their entire lower floor of their house has been converted into a veritable Hokie heaven.  They have amassed a collection of top notch Hokie memorabilia including several autographed footballs and basketballs, as well as jerseys, pins, paintings and furniture.  Many of the items have come as tokens of appreciation for the work this couple has done over the years to support VT athletics and the school in general.  Jean even made the trip over to Australia with the women's basketball team as a result of here hard work as a fundraiser.

You can relax in a Hokie recliner and take in an away game on a big screen or you can slip into the other room for a game of pool with Sugar-purr (that would be name of the cat, folks, and not the name of a UVA linebacker.  Just a joke, Wahoos . . . just a joke!)

The Quibles take pride in their Hokie home and rightfully so.  As Richard points out, being a Hokie means being unique and they put their heart into it.  Of course, we knew that when we pulled up in the driveway and saw the big brick VT.
